3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the top 77 platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of top 77 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register as Members or to wager on the platform.
4.1 To access real-money games on the top 77 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile phone number.

You will be required to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents and a selfie photograph before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Accepted identification documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) national ID, Philippine passport, driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), and Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID). top 77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
5.1 All deposits must be made using payment methods approved by top 77, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. top 77 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to Members.
5.2 All financial transactions on the top 77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts; however, VIP tier limits may differ.
5.3 top 77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited into your top 77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party sources will be refused and returned, less any applicable processing fees.
5.4 top 77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
5.5 Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for any operational purpose other than the settlement of Member withdrawals.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to technical availability. top 77 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods where the original method is unavailable.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. top 77 targets processing of GCash withdrawal requests within 1 to 5 minutes for fully verified accounts; however, processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional security checks are required.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Only Wallet Balance funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) are available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of such bonus funds.
6.4 Withdrawal Verification. top 77 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, security review, or any other internal compliance procedure. Members will be notified of the reason for any such delay.
6.5 top 77 may charge a withdrawal processing fee where a Member requests more than three (3) withdrawals within a single calendar day. The applicable fee schedule will be displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
7.1 top 77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may specify different wagering requirements.
7.3 top 77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a Member's account, top 77 will either honour the bonus or restore the Member's account to its pre-bonus state at its sole discretion.
7.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the exploitation of errors in bonus terms, collusion with other Members to extract bonus value, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
8.1 All Games offered on the top 77 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

10.2 Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions, top 77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance in that account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety and the matter referred to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
10.3 Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the top 77 customer support team. Voluntary closure will not affect any pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are governed separately by the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12.2 top 77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit top 77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 All content on the top 77 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of top 77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the top 77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
